package needs to be fixed.

My setup:
ML8.2 on my second hdd.
chroot /my/second_hdd
With un-mounted /proc on /my/second_hdd everythings ok. If I mount proc,
install-info allways fails.

This seems related, I have both a .kde and .kde3
directory. When I start kde it seems to look in .kde
for my kpersonalizerc file, finds it empty, and then
proceeds through the process but saves the
kdepersonalizerc file to .kde3 - i think. Anyway
kpersonalizerc doesn't get saved in .kde. Also

Why don't compile ACPI modules in standard mandrake kernel?
If ACPI and APM are compiled togheter always APM is use and for "normal"
users all works.
For ACPI's people add apm=off in boot parameters and ACPI is ready to
go! :-)
