Everything seem to be fine including dead keys. I use the last cooker version.

Same problem occurs also for me with the current cooker and finish keyboard.
Character @ (by pressing alt gr and 2 does not work for example)

The problem was fixed by replacing file /etc/X11/xkb/symbols/pc/fi with an older
version (I'm using a Finnish keyboard mapping).
