[Cooker] Mandrake Control Center doesn't start if LANGUAGE=pt_BR

I installed Mandrake 9.0 Beta 3 and
Mandrake Control Center doesn't start if LANGUAGE=pt_BR, I saw a bug
report that it doesn't starts if LANGUAGE=sl also.
