Hello. I am a technical writer and instructor for a Linux
software
company that has both a Linux release and a Real-Time OS release.

I have been testing all distributions of Linux for our products
and have recently loaded Mandrake. I have also signed up for the
Cooker, CHRPM, and CHRPM-FROZEN daily news drops.

Over the past 3 weeks, I have collected about 900 various
messages
from each of these. It would seem logical that there is a
program
that will sort out all of this and put this stuff in a logical
file system such as /opt or /var or something like that.

The fact that I can get all of these updated news items
pertaining
to Mandrake is really great. I haven't seen anything like this
for the other distributions but then maybe I haven't really
looked.

My problem: Can someone point out to me a document or info that
would
tell me how to set up or use a program to filter out the old
stuff
and just keep the updates or maybe I'm saying that wrong.

I would assume that this program exists and I just don't know
where
or how to get it and set it up. 900 emails is just too much to
handle
besides all of my other tasks.

Much appreciated for any help that this community can be.

Regards,
