No... this is just an installer problem. The installer does not detect Dual
cpus... thus it installs a Uni-processor kernel.
The smp kernel works fine... once it's installed manually. Previous versions
of the installer detected smp systems and offered loaded an smp enabled

Yup, did a rsync fresh install last night, then I rebuilt both nvidia src
rpms with out a problem.
