The subscribers list from cooker contains only 150 people.
We maybe got a problem...
If you don't receive mail from cooker but you want to
please resubscribe.
I use a backup of the subscribers to send this mail.

If you want to unsubscribe from a mailing list do the following:
mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
in the BODY of the message write:
unsubscribe name_of_mailing_list
for example:
unsubscribe cooker
you will receive a mail which confirm
that you were removed.

and put in the BODY of the message:
unsubscribe the_name_of_the_mailing_list
ex:
unsubscribe cooker
will unsubscribe you from cooker...
