I have the same problem with Konqueror, but Mozilla and Galeon display
properly. I'm running 9.1RC2 with no updates on a PII-266 with an old
NVidia Riva 128 card (4 Megs). The driver is the included XFree driver as
NVidia doesn't support this card on Linux.
The problem is exactly as you describe
What you did is the wrong solution, because the directory
where you found it is the proper place for it.
