I install 9.1rc1 from scratch (not an upgrade), I have the same problem : I change the
default style (galaxy) for keramik, refresh html pages with form and it works!

I just now downloaded the latest cooker rpms for kdebase, kdebase-devel and
kdebase-nsplugins (3.1-50mdk for all). And still have the same behaviour of
non-visible HTML
