description:
When voting for a bug, it may be presented multiple times because of
capitalization differences. This occurs when it belongs
to "Bugzilla"/"bugzilla" or "DrakTools" (if I remember correctly -- I can
guarantee the first case, but I no longer have a bug vote in the latter).

Basically, this forces the user to uncheck one of the two occurences.
Otherwise, there is an error to the effect of "you can only vote for a bug
once; you are trying to vote 11 times" (note the string append instead of
mathematical addition).

This is particularly trying when voting for a new bug: you must also remember
to look for and uncheck one and only one of each pair of your old votes.
