ifplugd should not let you wait more than a few seconds if you don't have cable
plugged (your nomad way), so joe user won't have to check anything.

Installed cooker this morning :
* default dhcp client (dhcpclient)
* first boot, added DHCP_TIMEOUT=5 in /etc/sysconfig/network
* ifdown/ifup eth0
* file /etc/dhcli
