already had such a problem, localhost was pointing on a inexistant IP.

127.0.0.1 localhost
I tried correcting my hostname to match my IP address (my ISP deals out
incorrect hostnames), I tried add

try 'grep -r "169.254.32.252" /etc'
this ip isn't a normal IP, and it should come from somewhere.

You probbaly don't have CUPS running ... please start CUPS and compare startup time.
Yes, it should be better, but at present the choice is probably between having
CUPS
