I've got the same problem on a fresh cooker install. There isn't any .desktop
files in /etc/X11/dm/Sessions, and installing/uninstalling DMs or WMs does nothing.

I could confirm this issue. MD beta2 ISOs were used. Same problem.

I have the same problem. Clean install from beta 2 ISOs. Mdkkdm shows all
display managers (gives the same list as chksession -l)
