The problem seems to be pdf2ps conversion by ghostscript. This is what I get on any of my pdfs: $ pdf2ps fi.pdf ... Error: /undefinedfilename in (save) Operand stack: Execution stack: %interp_exit .runexec2 --nostringval-- --nostringval-- --nostringval-- 2 %stopped_push --nostringval-- --nostringval-- --nostringval-- false 1 %stopped_push --nostringval-- --nostringval-- Dictionary stack: --dict:1049/1123(ro)(G)-- --dict:0/20(G)-- --dict:68/200(L)-- Current allocation mode is local Last OS error: 2 ESP Ghostscript 7.07.1: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1 I have no idea what the problem is. I tried various modifications in the exec line of the pdf2ps script but couldn't produce a valid ps file.
