This is essentially the same as 5179. The problem is that kdebase has been split.
So there are issues with upgrading and fresh installs with getting it. I'm
combining the bugs all together rather than having half a dozen separate ones.
I chose 5179 because it was the one with the most activity on it and seemed to
be assigned to someone at Mandrakesoft.

Im wondering where is the KDE's konsole in 9.2rc1. This application should be
installed by default ... no? I'm always installing all the big packages in the
installer.
