A new set of RPMS have been uploaded to cooker. First remove all your php3
packages then install all the new ones.

rpm -qa|grep ldap
rpm -qa|grep apache
rpm -qa|grep mod_
and give me the results? By the way, the underscore after mod_ is not a
typo.
It looks like you have a missing or conflicting library.
