Argh... I was really
hoping 9.1 would address this issue... install fails on Asus P4B533-E
motherboard with Promise MBFastrack133 controller. It detects the SCSI
interface, asks for the module to load... I choose ataraid.o and it says it
loaded the module successfully and found the device... then proceeds to tell me
no devices were found to install filesystems. Then it keeps asking for the
SCSI interface driver again.
It's really
unfortunate this hasn't been fixed. I couldn't use 9.0 because of this
either. I guess I need to head for Bugzilla!
