Hi,
I have a compaq presario 710, and it does not boot from the ISO 9.1 beta
3... ISO's are ok.
It only display a blank black screen after the initial splash screen.
There is no sign that the kernel is booting, and none of virtual consol
are working.
Have any idea? It should be the kernel?

In short, its a bug in the acpi implementation in the compaq 700 series. I've
