Just installed beta 3 and noticed that it gave me X 3.3.6 by default as I have a Mach 64 and this version has 3D support. However, i would prefer anti-aliasing and that requires the 4.1. I used CC and followed the instructions to select X 4.1.0. First time I did it it then installed the 4.1 server. But next time I started the X server it was still loading 3.3.6. I uninstalled 3.3.6 and X wouldn't start at all, and would only restart when 3.3.6 was reinstalled. I keep trying via CC and while it gives me the option, it doesn't then complete what reconfiguration it needs to. And I'm too stupid to know how to do it by hand.... Simon
