Please bear with me !
I am soon to loose my Cable-modem connection
due to relocation to interior Alaska and need
some advice or ?

There had been some discussion of hd img installation
and problems. Is that still true?

Basically in two-three weeks I will be back to model T status
and would like to have a Cooker image on one of my
archive partitions.

I have become lost in the rsync, wget, iso, etc image methods
often discussed and read about. My mind needs a clear
method of moving .img from rpmfind.net or other site to
my machine and the ability to show others its install methods.
I usually screw this up!

Re: get a(.img) from b(site) to c(my machine) and
then d(install cooker) As Well as having the .img available
for future inevitable reinstalls.

I do not have a burner for ISO's.

The elementary nature of this question is probably aggravating to
this list but in the past I HAVE actually helped out though
the majority of the time its "clueless" questions :)

Please address me privately if desired.
