Thanks to whomever updated this but umm now the file is in binary. And if you
want to update it by hand it's a pain. None of the other files changed like
this. Is there a reason for this change.

The Eterm Mutt theme should have the following lines added to it to make F1 -
F4 work properly with mutt. Apprently mutt uses the bindings that xterm
sends.
This should go in the keyboard section of:
/usr/X11R6/share/Eterm/themes/mutt/MAIN
