[Cooker] Firewall in latest cooker broken

The Fwctl that uses IPChains.pm is broken, and IPChains will not reinstall my 
source code for the IPChains wont recompile.... And I cant install any RPM's 
untill this bug with the latest rpm is fixed some how, I cant find a .tar.gz 
version of RPM anywhere so I dont know how to begin to fix anyof this..... 
anyone???
