why are the icons on kde 1.1.2 the old ones?
red hat applied a patch to their kdebase that uses the dir
/usr/share/icons/locolor by default, the icons there are provided by
kdebase-lowcolor-icons. the icons that can't be find there will be replaced by
the one in /usr/share/icons/.
