Does anyone has already compile KDE3.1beta2 and made RPM ? And when will it be
integrated in cooker ?

cooker is never forked on the public mirrors. It's difficult as is to
get mirrors to carry as much as they do (reference the complaining by
Ron Stodden about the mirrors not carrying older
