[Cooker] Kde 3.01 changes my keyboard layout.

I have just moved from kde3 (from contribs) to kde-3.0.1. I have one problem though. It seems like kde changes my keyboad layout. (I have set it to not enable keyboard layouts but it change it anyway) In my case I use to have my left windows button as Meta and the left alt as Alt. It works this
