yes,
in KDE Control Module, Personalization, Crypto
go to the SSL tab (generally the first one)
near the bottom of the window you will see a couple of
options

https://server1.hiberniaonline.com it complains about
the certificate. Also it seems to segfault when I login
into my banking site.
I will try and recreate the segfault.
