LTSP has created a Build environment for creating applications which run
natively on the thin clients.

I've tried to compile their build environment on Mandrake 9.1rc1 and it
fails to compile Bash.

I had to install bison first.

Then the LTSP folks suggested that I try compiling their version of gcc
3.2 instead of using 3.2.2 that Mandrake provides.

Anyway, I really Like LTSP. I think that it's going to make _Huge_
inroads into government agencies. In my opinion, Mandrake is the best
free desktop OS out there and I want to ensure that LTSP and Mandrake
get along well together.

Since LTSP is still considering their code alpha, there's time to iron
these incompatibilities out before both of you release your final
versions.

Thanks for your consideration.

Sincerely,
Joe Baker
