With the latest XFree86 (XFree86-server-4.2.99.3-0.20022312.1mdk) - I
have to disable DRI in the config file or the system hard reboots (no
warning - just dies and restarts as if I shut the machine down)
I have a Compaq Evo N600c notebook with a Radeon mobilitx MY chipset.

It affects All radeon cards and DRI.
