[Cooker] Native CUPS drivers available now!

Oi,

probably due to a bug in the Makefiles of CUPS 1.1.2 the PPD files
coming with CUPS are not installed. With the cups-1.1.2-3mdk release I
have fixed this. It available for download on Cooker now.
