[Cooker] No xvideo for Mach64 in XFree86

Hi,

The latest XFree86 RPMs do not support xvideo for ATI Mach64 chips,
probably because the gatos patch was commented out in the specfile. Will
this feature return in the future?

xawtv works ok, strangely enough.
