To finish this saga I just reinstalled cooker again only this time with ext2 instead of reiserfs. here are the results of my shell script. It seems to be fixed now. Imagine that!!! receiving file list ... done wrote 112 bytes read 121686 bytes 9022.07 bytes/sec total size is 1579577185
