[Cooker] Recognizing 2gb RAM...

Yes, it's actually come to this, but my server has been freshly upgraded to 2 gigabytes of RAM, and now I find out that Mandrake only recognizes the first 1gb. How do I make Mandrake 8 recognize more than 1gb of RAM, and can this be taken into consideration for cooker, and the next revision?
