C'mon you dont need C compiler to run windows,BeOS,Solaris,OSX. Why do you have to install it for Linux? Its not a compiler. Its just the preprocessor. And there are _MANY_ things that Widoze install you do not need to run them. You just do not know. And you know the reason: for all
