[Cooker] XSane for Mandrake?

Just curious why XSane is not included with
Cooker/Mandrake. Its a very well designed
front end for SANE and the designer/programmer
is quite helpful. I have been using it for 
a couple of years now and its latest
incarnation is EXCELLENT !!!
It makes my old Microtek E3 perform nicely.
