If you need current state rebuild it with the -u option.
That is not the problem with the current rpm when you urpmi.addmedia file://
there is a everpresent number of bad rpms listed on at a time you take one
out then another appears. I am now using rpm-4.0.3-0.16mdk not the current
cooker version of rpm-4.0.3-0.19mdk.i586.rpm

were listed by "locate" as being there but they were
not. I don't know if this means anything but generally
I look to delete them when rpm acts screwy and right
now they don't even exist, even after a rebuilddb.

rpm is definately broken. I reinstalled from a previous cooker. but when i
upgrade rpm urpmi gets screwed from updating. A whole bunch of "bad" rpms
come up. This is a major bug
