tried again to install via ftp, well actually http to nebsllc.com. install broke with a connection error about 10% in to package installation. rpmfind install also busted. did a ctrl-alt-bksp to get out of gui install, and there was a get error, something like "couldn't get pwuid, error in line 792 of ____.pl". shouldn't ftp install recover more gracefully? e.g. debian, where you can arbitrarily reboot during ftp install and return to beginning of package which was interrupted? ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com
