Hello,
I'm new here an doesn't find something at the archive.
I've updatet to rpm 4.2 and nearly all rpm tools
without gnorpm which I should delete because there for
is still rpm 4.0.2 needed.
I use a copy of the mirror(nluug.nl) from yesterday.
BTW: should I better use Bugzilla in the future?

I see it on ftp.free.fr :
ftp://ftp.free.fr/pub/Distributions_Linux/Mandrake-devel/cooker/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/gnorpm-0.95.1-1mdk.i586.rpm

Hi I cant find gnorpm anywhere in cooker...
Another thing... I was about to compile it myself, and updated the rpm packages just
to have fresh rpm tools. And somewhere in the prosess I lost gmessage and gchooser...
where do I find those?

It crashes whenever I try to download an rpm.
Thanks,

Hi!
I just noticed while playing around that gnorpm doesn't work.
It just gives the message:
cannot open file /var/lib/rpm/nameindex.rpm: invalid argument.
I've got everything update from the latest mirror, so it's:
[root@gloomy RPMS]# rpm -qa|grep -E "(gnorpm|rpm)"
rpm-3.0.3-43mdk
gnorpm-0.9-3m
gnorpm segfaults when trying to install a package from a webfind
gnorpm-0.9-2mdk
Kaixo!

That is indeed a problem with gnorpm not being in sync with latest rpmlib
changes.

Hi,
I installed gnorpm-0.9-3mdk, but since then I cannot use it anymore.
The error message is "Cannot open /var/lib/rpm/nameindex.rpm: Invalid
argument"
I have the previous gnorpm-0.9-2mdk installed on another machine and it
works fine. Both machines are using rpm-3.0.3-43mdk.
