The failure of the install has to do with the current situation of harddrake. Harddrake installs it's init script in /etc/init.d where /etc/init.d is a proper directory and not a symlink to /etc/rc.d/init.d. So what happens is that when you try to upgrade initscripts it can't create the symlink fo
