Just one question : why are kdelibs-devel and libqt3-devel dependant on MySql
and PostgreSql ?

$ grep -Rni sql /usr/lib/qt3/include/
i asked this some months ago...
the problem is that libqt3 offers some database-acces features...
theoretically libqt3-devel can be broken into smaller packages,
like libqt3-devel, liqbt3-devel-sql, but it hasn't been done
