The CVS of SPECS and contrib-SPECS do not seem to be updating, when things are posted in changelog, they do not show up in SPECS.
When trying to run cvs upd on SPECS dir I get cvs server: cannot open current directory: Too many open files which I believe is on the server side. but it works when I do 1 dir at a time. Jorg
