cuz so files are not needed, except for compiling.

.so's kill!!
This problem doesnt happen when doing the command a second time with
--force. If the .so file has been moved to the -devel package then the call
to ldconfig should have moved as well.
[root@gamut b]# rpm -Uvh gtkhtml-*
gtkhtml
