A) This was never an issue with prior installations, so this should be
looked into.
I'm having problems with apache (don't know if its the same problems you had)
trying to start httpd at command line dumps core as does checking config
files for errors with -t or -T
On my laptop it works fine which was an update to the latest version - on
fresh install with latest version it
