[Cooker-firewall] PPTP server behind MNF firewall

I want to run a PPTP server behind MNF on another box. I want to let the PPTP traffic pass through MNF. Shorewall has documented this: http://www.shorewall.net/PPTP.htm#ServerBehind How would I do the same in MNF? I cannot clearly see how to configure the IP47 routing in the custom firewall rule.
