Any output from the oops?  last_altivec, etc?

In the past we've had occasional issue with the mandrake kernels on
certain machines - spontaneous reboots for no apparent reason, etc.  I'm a
bit surprised to see issues with Ben's kernel.  One possibility is the
network driver.  I'm still building gmac to be compatible with the
mandrake kernel and installer, but Ben has deprecated it for sungem. 

I've been running Ben's kernel here for a while (before I switched to
2.4.21pre4-10mdk now), and didn't hit any issues, but my machine uses
bmac.

I hadn't really intended to install that kernel as a default, more as a
option for those who need it.
