Budget Pot Roast is a good title for it, as it sounds inexpensive to
make. I'm not, as a rule, a hesitant cook, but the only time I tried
simmering a meal on the stove, I scorched the Dutch oven. I had the
heat low, but didn't have enough liquid in the pan. I may try this
