The first contains meet and the 2nd does not. Both are big hits with my
family.

1. New England Sausage Stuffing with Maple Corn Bread
Ingredients
1 pound breakfast-style bulk sausage
PORK, POTATO AND GREEN BEAN STEW
Ingredients:
2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) chicken broth
1 pound boneless pork loin, trimmed of fat and cut into pieces
4 red potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups frozen cut green bea
Crock Pot Pork Roast With Mixed Vegetables
2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
2 medium red potatoes, cubed
2 medium russet potatoes, cubed
2 stalks celery, diced
6 medium carrots, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 14-1/2 ounce can vegetable broth,
1-1/2 cups garlic flavored wine or any white
Crockpot Pork Roast
1 3 pound Pork Roast -- (3 to 4)
6Potatoes -- Halved
8Carrots -- Cut in pieces
1/2 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix or
1Onion -- Quartered
1 cup Water

Corn Bread Dressing
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery (about 3 ribs)
1 cup loaf bread crumbs
6 cups crumbled corn bread
1 cup saltine cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups cooked grits
3 cups brolth
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
dressing recipe:
6 cups cornbread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups loaf bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cups chicken broth
4 eggs, beaten with fork
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning or sage
2 cups water
2 large onions, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
Mix cornbread and bread crum
Roasted Sweet Potato Fries
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled or unpeeled
olive oil
salt and pepper
Cut sweet potatoes into "fries."
Place in a large bowl or Ziploc bag.
Add a drizzle of oil and salt and pepper. Mix or shake.
Bake at 425°F for
15 minutes on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Stir/
TURKEY GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE
2 c. cooked, diced turkey breast
1 can French green beans, drained
1 c. cooked white rice
1 c. cooked long wild rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1/4 tsp. salt
Mix all of ingredients together.
Bake
Crock Pot Pork Chops
4 or 5 pork chops
Black pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 packet dry onion soup mix
Season pork chops with pepper and put in the bottom of a lightly greased crock.
Stir soups and pour over chops. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Thicken gravy if
needed and serve with mashed
Buttermilk Biscuits - 3 ways
These tender, old-fashioned biscuits are low in fat and flavored with
buttermilk, butter, and a bit of honey.
Yield: 14 servings (serving size: 1 biscuit)
2 cups approximately of flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons chilled butter, cu
Mushroom AuGratin
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sour cream
1 T flour
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Sauté mushrooms in butter. Place in baking dish. Mix sour cream, flour and
cheese. Pour over mushrooms and bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
Makes enough for 2.
Slow Cooker Savory Pot Roast
Yield: 6 servings
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken/Mushroom Soup
(Regular, 98% Fat Free or 25% Less Sodium)
1 pouch (2 ounces) dry onion soup & recipe mix
6 small red potatoes, cut in half
6 medium carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces (about
