Can you use whipped topping or should it be heavy cream?

I'd put the cakes in a 9-by-13 pan instead of a bundt pan, in that case. I
think it's easier than trying to measure out batter for two small cakes and
it would be the same amount.

Bundt pan sizes go by cups. The metal one I have is a 12-cup. Try measuring
water amounts and you'll know your bundt pan size. Fill the pan with water
by cupfulls and count how many there are.

Yes, that's actually my first plan if I can't find a larger silicone pan.
Lucky for me it doesn't take that long in the microwave.

Hi, all.
I need some clarification regarding the different sizes of Bundt pans. I
bought a silicone Bundt Pan from Amazon that is too small for the recipes I'm
planning to use. I didn't realize this until the pan arrived, and I already
committed myself to making desserts for Thanksgiving, so

Yeah. If there was anything canned in the recipe then that might have been
used as a measure, but I've changed it to 1 cup.

It probably would, except you'd have to maybe drop the temp and bake it
longer, plus sprinkle the topping on the bottom of the Bundt pan.
