Would this work with frozen Brussels sprouts, or only the fresh ones?

This looks really good, like something that just might get me to try
Brussels sprouts again!

Okay, what temperature would you use for these? Moderate is somewhat
variable depending on who you ask.

I like my sprouts baked. My favorite way is to coat them with olive oil,
dip them in seasoned bread crumbs, then bake in a moderate oven for about a
half hour. You can dip them in garlic mayo if you like.
I'd think you could substitute grated parmesan cheese for part or all of the
bread crumbs.
I would do the same, but without cutting them.

The difference is simple.
If you want them to be fast and easy to use when you are making the recipe
for them cook before freezing. If you want the juices from the meatballs to
flavor what you're cooking them in, then freeze before cooking.

Thanks. Got any ideas for whole sprouts? I was thinking of steaming them and
then making a parmesan sauce for them.

Hi,
Can sausage or meatballs be mixed up and shaped, then frozen raw? Would it
be smarter to just go ahea
If you cut the sprouts into thin slices and fry them in butter and a little
oil until the slices are tender, add a little more butter, melting it into
the sprouts. Sprinkle on the cheese and enjoy.
