Ingredients
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup
This is the recipe I make.
Banana Muffins
1 cup sugar
1 egg
½ cup oil
1-1/2 cups flour
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup mashed bananas
Mix sugar, egg, vanilla, and oil in bowl.
In another bowl, mix dry ingredients together.
A whisk works well for this.
