What is the difference between a Rump Roast Butt Roast, other than price?
The Rump was selling for $1.99 a pound, & the Butt for $3.99.

The recipe posted by Courtney is the same one I was talking about that is
quite good. I only used lemon for flavoring --- lemon zest and a bit of
lemon oil, but I'm going to try the orange with it next time.

use a pot with a build-in colander. We have a set of 2 and they are
wonderful for the purpose.
