Hi, Wendy: Bring the water to a roaring boil, add a little salt to the water to keep the eggs from cracking, and add the eggs. Cook the eggs for around 20 minutes then remove them from the stove, pouring the water out. Place the eggs on a separate plate to cool. Louise -Original Message--
